How does one figure out what % bonus target they received?
im willing to bet the tier distribution looks something like this company as a whole:
t3 ~70% employees
t2 ~15% employees
t1 ~ 10% employees
t4 ~ 5% employee
Only T1 is Mr/Ms Oil Price.
You are 100% correct. The company sees T3s as expendable and easily replaced.
if you got under 4% bump and hit the flat 160% company factor of base target i think that is mro telling you to leave… maybe I am wrong in that impression but seems a lot fall into that bucket. i think this year the t2s and t3s mostly all got hit with the flat 1.0 individual factor. what a cheap, cheap company where what it considers great payouts are just below industry average
I have my complaints, but some did well with 6%-7% raise, maybe more. Also some hit the 220% bonus, maybe more. I am talking about non superivisors. Just a person who gives there there all for 8-10 hours a day.
Bonus, from what I'm seeing and hearing, was 160% of target. Not too sure if anybody got more or less, but that's been fairly consistent. That is consistent with message from CEO a couple weeks ago.
T1 - 2.0
T2 - 1.8
T3 - 1.6
