For $25 million, we could have bought back the old complex and turned it into a runway with full workout facilities.
I doubt if it's restricted to spouses on trips and probably not restricted to humans only.
You’re all aware, I assume, that they often bring their spouses with them. Maybe they are all trying to become members of the “mile high club!”
The divide between the top and the rest of us widens. They don’t want to come into contact with us or be placed in any unscripted situation. They don’t want employees coming into contact with the board as they jet off to luxurious destinations for their retreats. In a era where they preach about getting on board and inclusivity this is height of hypocrisy.
Hangars aren’t good rocks as they say. Should be investing in human infrastructure and development. What a DEI concept? Let’s build hangars.
Look for the next plunge in a few months. Every time COP has started a new big project like this, things go south. Remember the Colorado tech center?
Or all the new office/cubicles being built in the old complex?
Or the improvements being added on to the facilities?
Each preceded a major crash.

Once you realize the executives only care about themselves and their compensation, everything else becomes clear… and the methods of their compensation are multi-fold and multilayered. Stockholders, employees, customers, any other stakeholders… maybe 10th on the list if that.
Xecutives need their jets and the private hangers help keep their clothes clean when they disembark.
I wonder if Epstein had a private hanger?
We should be fully transitioning to commercial flights only. It’s not as though we have that many assets anymore. What a waste and unnecessary use of shareholder’s resources. Certainly not green.
