Expecting loyalty from the Hayford regime of NCR is like expecting loyalty from a rabid dog. Eventually it will turn on you. fairness has never been a virtue of NCR. Policies are wishy washy for a reason and that's so stupidvisors can bend the rules for their pets and their selves. Why are only some people going back to the office ? Why isn't this new policy being implemented in the whole company ? I can attest there are employees outside of GA that have no intention of going back to an office and have been working virtual FOR YEARS. Why is this ? Wishy washy policy. If there is no such thing as a 100% virtual employee in GA then why are there employees working virtual in other states or other parts of the world ? NCR sucks

The tower in Mid-Town was Nutti's last "stick it to NCR". He wanted as a monument to himself. Was mad at the WS Anderson HQ in Dayton. S-B should have gotten sick sooner.
Professional services as well as high availability team had people virtual in 2001. So ya they can do it.
But some financial guy is saying hey we pay so much a square foot and when that space is not occupied it considered waste. The ga building was a waste if you ask me
virtual 2007/8 till 2016. We were supposed to be relocated but they said we did our job an left us alone till the mighty axe fell. So I see your point. They just have no clue. Or need to act like they are actually doing something with that money they spent on a building they didn’t need.
