How will ergo evaluations work on flex work spaces?

I can fully understand and empathize with someone with a disability. Assuming the original didn’t have a disability. If he/she did, I’m sure they would have discussed with their supervisor or manager and not come on this board for advice….
As someone with a disability, I’m pretty surprised at the number of condescending troll DBs this simple post unearthed.
I am embarrassed for you for even asking for an ergo eval….
This is the “I can’t do it for myself” issue that is so prevalent. CVX has more training, presentations, safety moment, etc. than you can ever imagine. If you need someone to come do an eval, there is something wrong. It’s not rocket science.
Ergo evals are so... 2011. SR doesn't care about such nonsense anymore, they're more concerned with D&I and quotas. If you mess up your wrist, they'll blame it on Covid and WFH.
We haven't had routine ergo evals in years
Entitled much? Who cares, adjust your chair on your own.
Performed on you primary work location I guess
The same way it was done when you worked from home. Jeez.
If you experience discomfort, report it immediately. A technician will be dispatched to your workstation within a week or two.
