I enjoyed the Q4 earnings and announcements of other Pioneer events going on this year. This is a great company to work for! People love to look at the negatives, but all in all it’s a great place.

They have PhDs in the use of smoke and mirrors, always have. They use it for both investors and employees.
The presentation catered far too much to the VD's and ESG and had really nothing on the true numbers of the company. I will say it again just like the last several quarters - why is DC&E capital vs performance constantly hidden from investors?
In the latest presentation, the only mention of D&C was average rig and POP count. REALLY??? Seems a little light for two groups that spend billions per year, while there were 8 slides selling the idea of variable dividends.
No they are not. You must not have paid attention in the Q4 presentation. They said they are stopping all shots including new hire.
Shots aren’t needed anymore and we’re never required, so your comment isn’t relevant.

Took VSP, invested 70% of that when PXD went to $50 per share in cash and in 401K...I need yall to stay motivated...PNR has been an ATM! PNR is a good company all in all...as all companies and cultures have pros and cons! Yall got this!!!
Well looks like 99% of the people that post on here just want to complain but not change anything. I assume since you hate Pioneer so much you will not accept your large bonus coming up and will decline all of your free healthcare benefits.

See y’all are people who can’t be happy with anything. Pioneer is a strong financial company who is paying out nice bonuses and does their best they can for their employees. Open up your eyes and look around you quit having tunnel vision. There are plenty of companies out there that you can go to and have a real reason to complain. The door is always open to leave no one is keeping you here.
Seriously. Enjoy the poker tournament and removing your mask. Groundbreaking stuff! Sending out the PowerPoint would have been more informative.
