The stated reason is transparency? This makes 0 sense. It's a boycott on questions. Our management are such cowards. Don't be a coward Bill. I guess folks who leave should boycott their 2 weeks notice and just walk and enjoy the time off.

Chevron has never liked 'anonymous' questions or surveys, and don't be fooled, they are not (and have never been) anonymous. Harvesting those trouble-maker responders fueled the 2020 layoffs. They much prefer the pre-populated questions asked by high-pots and diversity types. Easier to have a 'spontaneous' answer that way.
If you don't want to use SSO for pollev feel free to leave.
Maybe the employees are cowards if they can’t ask non anonymous questions. They can seek revenge, but at least you are standing up for yourself.
It’s to control the narrative.
Everyone in IT should know this already, it’s not just here it’s everywhere with the fake news to Covid crisis to censorship on here. It’s the new world order. The battle we see if woke vs awake but there is more then just this especially with the government over reach and choose to not enforce laws unless it’s someone they want to control the narrative about.
