My remaining severance pay was frozen during bankruptcy..I was paid in full after settlement and before end of year. However prime Clerk sent me a check without withholding taxes..and I have not received a tax form.Prime Clerk said that Hertz was doing that.Hertz HR said it was being worked on and did not have an ETA..anybody out there in the same boat.Or do you know someone with this issue

Mine came today USPS.
Two weeks ago one of my friends called HR. They were told they would be sent end of February. I am waiting a week before bugging them again.
Same boat, haven't received anything yet. Typical Hertz fu-k up.
