What I resent the most about the leadership of this company is that it has allowed Sabre to stagnate over the years and that the company is not changing enough according to new customer needs. That is my personal opinion. If there were more innovations, I think everyone would be better off now. However, we are now stuck in the past and I don’t know if there is any hope for things to improve?

Middle management suppresses those with innovative ideas, and if those ideas somehow gain traction, the middle managers take all the credit. Senior leadership is clueless on innovation, except when it comes to ideas on how to increase their personal gains. Best to head to a company that values their employees
