Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

I wish that just for one week - not one month or even a year, just one week - the same rules applied to everybody in this company. We'd be able to get rid of several unnecessary management levels and several ELT members - with good cause. But no, they can do whatever they want, and if we do the exact same thing we're out on our as--s. That's Lowe's way.
