Oxy leaders could sc--w up the company and get compensated, why do you think the normal can’t get rewarded for the good hard work they have already done, you MO--N!
Bonuses should be treated like LTI with a one year vesting period for the entire bonus amount. That way you keep the workforce you want. You can always fire people you don’t want and Oxy is not shy about doing this.
