No more layoffs please! We’re so over staffed that we’re doing the work of 2-3 adjusters. Every Sunday I can’t sleep knowing Monday morning I’ll be buried in 10-12 new claims and spending Half my day on the phone with angry shops insured and claimants. I just don’t think they can afford to lay off any more adjusters.

The racist and prejudiced red hatters still come out in force on the Allstate threads I see. Blind hate for those different than you will always be childish. Being "woke", which means systematically providing equal access to opportunity to all people, is attacked by those that fear giving up centuries of privilege. Attacking Pune in every post is also infantile.
