There's a girl in our store that is being bullied, I have went to the manager 3 times. She is autistic being screamed at, talked to horribly. Is there a hotline?

Call hr and file a complaint let them know she's being bullied .this is unacceptable period.
If the girl is truly autistic then the bullying is a violation of the American With Disabilities Act and is a Federal Offense. You want to go above Macy's to the Federal and State levels. Similar situation happened at another retailer. The autistic employee sued in both federal and state court and won a large monetary judgment from both the retailer and the offending employees. A good lawyer would have field day with this one.
Yeah, no way you went to the store manager and this is still happening.
It's more likely you're just looking for a nice, anonymous way to push something else.
Go tell your store manager. There is no way they wouldn’t help.

I don't work for Macy's but the website says there is an employee hotline. It must be located on the company handbook, wiki, etc.
