I think the title should be the new company motto. "Come work for us if you want to experience the excitement of having to cover several positions at once while being paid under market value! Don't miss out on the fun of having to deal with (sometimes dangerous) issues well above your pay grade!" But that would be honest marketing, which is not something Macy's is aspiring to.

I agree it just took the company this long to actually notice what was going on with the store manager and sales manager. And the rest of the store is getting the punishment.
the funny thing is this was happening back in 2018 .. leaving people alone in a dept with 20-30 customers on top of them and no one will help.. meanwhile your sales manager in the main office eatting donuts and playing on their phone
