Is full time WFH over?

Chevron is coming back to the office. Why isn’t Oxy.

Why would you not be eligible? If not eligible you should be paid a lot more money. Or the BWP should receive a reduction of pay for the privilege of sitting on their behinds at home.

Email confirms RTW on March 1st. BWP to resume if eligible.

Because Oxy wants to keep its people. The workforce is more than irritated at Chevron (leaders don't care), lots of employee no shows and people updating their resume to look elsewhere.

What if you end up working for them. Better get the stock price up or you could be attractive again.

Yes, time to go back to normal in and out of office.

Stop using Covid as an excuse. Be careful and get back to living. I see no shortage of people out dining and everything else. Time to live with it and stop hiding.

I’m sure we will be back to the BWP on March 1st return to work date. But why rush back just to have cases skyrocket again. This seems to be the trend.

P.S. Of course I will change and come back to the office if I’m told to. That’s different. Right boss?

Definitely not over for me. This is my new normal. I can't see any reason to change.
