If I had to work in one of those "agile workspaces" I'd leave on my own.
I recall one young man isolating himself away from the "agile" space to play avatar games. They did finally "escort" him out. He was not contributing to work and was not allowed to ride it out any longer.
Just wait until the Pandeminnials hit the job market. The level of entitlement , lack of soft skills, and self absorption will be like none we have ever seen.
Thats a fact. Younger workers are always looking for greener pastures. Bitcoin and things like on-line gambling enable people to make lots of money very quickly or lose it. Its more fun than 8-5. I know several people at IBM in their 20s who were also laid off after seemingly good reviews and sales success. Thats why people keep looking for their next job with one eye on social media all day.
Ha ha! Fooled them. They fired the older competent workers that made IBM a success and hired a bunch of job hoppers that weren't interested in learning and doing a good job.
And it continues today.
