Multiple TTM's were given their walking papers. One of them just finished a project for Jay that went live this week. Stay classy Crown!

The short term compensation policy says that if you’re a regular employee on payroll at the time of the normal payout, you will not receive your bonus.
"Do they get to stay in payroll until March? If not, they lose their bonus and RSUs. Lol"
That was the entire point of them doing it when they did it. They will keep their bonuses but no RSU's.
So what is the number of layoffs?

I'm not trying to be rude but what did the TTMs do and where are the trainings? I've been here a long time and have never heard of this.
And yes, the lack of training is a huge issue but like everything we've seen over the past five years, they just build up a group, nothing comes from it, and they disband it.
I'm hoping eventually one of these shake ups at the top brings some good but it probably can't happen until they clean house.
"What is a TTM?" A technical training manager.
This is, in part, what is so disturbing. Given the size of Crown you would expect a robust learning team; presently, only two people with the TTM role are still with Crown. It is hard to believe that an org that claims to value learning has slashed and not back filled all of their open training roles. Additionally, they have people at the front of the learning team with no formal experience/ expertise leading a corporate learning function.

“ They can show you the door at any moment”
Yeah we know. Have you noticed that this thread hasn’t received a lot of responses? It’s because nobody is surprised. Business as usual.
"It's just a small lay-off!" It's a layoff nonetheless.
Crown is showing you how much you're worth to them. They can show you the door at any moment and they want to you feel it. Feel lucky to be able to stay.
This is a very small portion of the company. I don’t think it means much for the success of CC.
are airpods Compensation for hours of stolen wages from commuting lol
what is ttm
Meanwhile the fiber side grows without turning a profit for this god forsaken company.
This one is truly appalling. The return to office and 5G courses communicated out were rushed to be completed, with zero help from their leadership people. Not to mention they rushed to finish recent safety & legal courses. I can assure you that nobody from the EMT or HR had the first B3 in mind for these layoffs. Leading someone on about the great work they rushed to finish only to toss them days later says it all. Awful leaders.
