My raise came in last weekend. It was great. Thanks for working so hard at the plant while I worked from home the last 2 years. I was able to get another job from home as well since our manager never checks up with us
I hope whoever's deciding on a raise does not have 'Dyscalculia'?
We do not have a chance if we are not part of the nepotism in management.
