I just wonder how it all will end and what Allstate will look like when the leadership finally realizes that TGP is very destructive. What do you think this company will be like when that happens, if ever?

Allstate will be a defacto offshore company. Everything automated. Other than senior managers and executive management the rest of the employee base in the US will be low level high turnover low paid grunts. And Wall Street will rejoice. If you don’t like it then why on earth would you still voluntarily work there and be miserable?
It will be a digital data driven email self service BOT based company at the same prices we have today or more and Tommy Boy and Glenn the Butcher will be filthy multi millionaires beyond their current level. Pune is a stepping stone to that and we are all Astro turf.
It will look a lot like Mumbai.
