People have lost motivation and drive to do anything other than what they absolutely have to. I can't blame anybody for it, after years of mistreatment by management, nobody in his or her right mind would still want to give 110% for a company that has shown how little it cares about its employees. You want to treat us like cr-p? Then don't be surprised when productivity plummets. That's the way these things work.

The bonus will be deposited on the 4th. Beware of resigning/giving notice before the 4th as the company can exercise the option of making the resignation effective same day with 2 weeks pay. If that happens, say goodbye to the bonus.
When are we getting our bonus checks ? Is it the 4th ? Trying to plan on when I should give my 2 weeks...
Yeah, im definitely not going to go above and beyond to try and meet dates not based on any sort of reality.
Just coasting until that bonus check, two weeks off to reset from this place, then my new employer will get 110% of my effort.
