Thread regarding ConocoPhillips layoffs

Undercover layoffs?

Been a few org changes and backfills recently after people mysterious vanish. Are these layoffs, or did these employees find jobs outside COP?

When will they just shut down Alaska “exploration” and admit it’s been a complete bust?

The way TL is running things should be adopted company wide.

Wouldn’t be surprised. Why else would you be disappeared. If there had been an actual crime, we’d have heard.

People are leaving the company for better jobs, better pay, and more flexibility. RL acknowledged that yesterday.
There are some org changes going on in Permian because COP doesn't have faith in how TL is running things in Midland. The safety record out there speaks for itself.
