some might think your experience at Amazon depends on your career level. Their warehouse workers definitely have it the worst, but some professionals have it bad too. Your experience largely depends on the team/product you join and your manager.
What a crock of sh*t.
He bumbled so bad through the compensation and attrition questions .
We constantly review blah blah blah... reviewing isn't action TC.
Enjoy the increased attrition next three months as bonuses are handed out and kids school year ends.
To "I still laugh every time the CFO says WE in regards to IPO. He just joined just to cash out millions from the IPO..."
It's all readily available in public domain, so DR could not hide it from potential employers. DR is a "marathon runner" with quite a record, investors and finance auditors would appreciate; could GloFo retain different CFO to prepare for IPO?
If your fund holds Lexmark stocks, should you sign a waver (excluding you from class action lawsuit) to get RSU?

And who's laughing now?
@vuq+1feR8LeE are you a troll or just ignorant? Do you even understand amazons treatment of unions or hourly workers? Have you ever actually worked one of those jobs? They're almost slavery. You are completely out of touch with reality if you think Amazon is an example of a good employer. Global is sh-t, but those factory jobs should be illegal. I worked them. My friend died of pneumonia in the freezers because of their sick time rules. Get bent.
This is how a company with real leadership handles attrition.

Amazon more than doubles its maximum base salary to $350,000 as it struggles to hire and retain talent
“This past year has seen a particularly competitive labor market, and in doing a thorough analysis of various options, weighing the economics of our business and the need to remain competitive for attracting and retaining top talent, we decided to make meaningfully bigger increases to our compensation levels than we do in a typical year,” the company told employees Monday in a memo reviewed by Bloomberg.

it's like running a marathon, but instead of the starting line you jump on the course for the final two miles, and celebrate with the other runners at the finish.
would say I can't wait for the next globalcast because it will be in person and they can't cherrypick questions/prepare ahead of time, but I won't be here 👋
I still laugh every time the CFO says WE in regards to IPO. He just joined just to cash out millions from the IPO.
Regarding attrition, they don't discuss,.they have no idea how to stop attrition. If only someone bothered to read and analyze all those exit interviews.
they lumped a few of the questions (compensation, attrition, RSUs) into one and gave mostly a non-answer
Did they talk up our merit cycle being moved up (back) to Q1 (where it was for years)? Can’t wait for my “competitive” 2% increase in the face of surging inflation.
Did they discuss how they are going to handle all the people leaving?? Was it even mentioned or acknowledged?
JL7 here, I want a cash bonus this year because I don't plan to be at GF in 6 months or whatever vesting period they'll place on shares
Project phoenix
We can't keep people.so must automate the process. We need your help 🤡
Q:Will we be offer RSU to job level 10 and below
A: yes, but only job level 7 and above.
So, levels 1- 6 you're not worthy, the company does not find your skill impactful enough to offer RSU (aka Free stock shares)
Good luck in your job search.
Lol, no comment, my last day is tomorrow.
100% remote and more pay.
