If staffing was appropriate what do y’all think?

Don't worry. The truckers are popping up and when the elitist shelves get empty, they may begin to wake up to reality. Let's see what those cushy laptops and cell phone MBAs do then. They'll be rldbegging for forgiveness. They've hung themselves! Theyve pushed too far. They'll soon believe it when the hoodwink is put on by THE PEOPLE! The backbone of our world is coming to life.
I merely answered the question. Nothing in my post said I was miserable. That being said when I got hired on at State Farm I was new to the industry and didn’t know what other companies were paying their claims employees. Now I do. I am also thinking of leaving to another company for higher pay, but have no plans has of yet. I think it’s just good to know one’s options and what one’s worth is at their company and other companies in the industry.
So you prefer to stay and be under paid and miserable ? Hard to balance that thought.
In claims we get underpaid when you compare salary at other insurance claims department that being said I would be content if the starting salary for a auto CA was $45k rather then the $32-33k it currently is. Although I wish the starting salary was $55k.
Problem is, when staffing was RIGHT… there were too many not pulling their weight. Which led to… let’s get rid of people since there is too much free time.
Yeah, it varies wildly with position. I'm in IT and wouldn't accept less than $120k anywhere. Others in my area may make $85k, while others are probably raking in $180k+
So unpopular opinion here but I work in SFPP/SFBilling and last year I grossed 55k but I live in a southern state with a low cost of living and I have no college degree, so State Farm has been very good to me. ymmv.
You need to include more information. What type of positions are you talking about ?
