I'm in the same boat. We're locked out of ADP. I hatted with HR and was advised that the W2 will be mailed.
Still haven't received it, so I called HR directly. When you call, there's a recorded message that states the W2's were mailed out January 31. It takes "15 to 20 business days" to receive them through the US Mail.
The message stated that if you don't receive it by February 25, you can call in to request a reprint to be mailed.
There's conflicting information on other threads on this subject.
Overall it's a very poor way to treat former employees, but apparently the company doesn't care all that much for their current employees, either.
