Number of PIP = No of Excellent category from each team.
Can supervisor can confirm this?

this makes very little sense, there are teams where the team members are not in the same assessment group. also math does does not add up, last year's Excellent percentage was higher than NSI percentage. it's just going to destroy any remaining team spirit.
