We would like to understand why when Bed Bath stores are closing those associates can't transfer to a nearby BuyBuyBaby? We have stores in driving distance closing, great associates losing their jobs, when Baby is struggling to hire and fill positions. We are all part of same company.... experienced associates would be welcomed but when we ask ... all we hear is silence. Very disappointing on several levels...

maybe they 'can' get transferred, but what store has hours to take on extra associates? my store is horribly understaffed, yet we can't hire anyone because our hours are so tight, despite being understaffed, call offs, etc.
Are Harmon and Baby any better than BBB when it comes to actual sales and foot traffic? Personally I never see anyone in those stores. The strip malls they are in the only open parking is near one of them.
BBB Associates can get transferred to BuyBuybaby and Harmons if they are eligible to transfer.
our product sells itself. who needs people on the floor.
because they want to hire part timers making the bare minimum working the least amount of hours; why have experienced workers that can drive sales when you can just crunch hours and berate managers for tasks not being done?
