A lot of it is out of the control of the top of the company, I agree. However, is it so hard for Belk to stop creating his own problems? Cheaper workers won't fix any problems here, but they can certainly create many more. I see people around me totally demotivated. Primarily because they are underpaid but also because their efforts were not recognized. No company can succeed without good and motivated employees.

“A problem we’ll-defined is a problem half-solved”. Obviously, Belk executive leaders “got stuck in the dark behind area where the sun does not shine”for so long, they do not see the light even you give them the flashlight!
A mind is a terrible thing to waste is still holding true today at Belk. We can fix anything but stupid at the top don’t you think so?
I said many times that “ Happy Belk workers are certainly most Productive workers. If Belk airhead. d-mbbell, ignoramus, dimwit and bonehead top Belk leaders refuse to SEE or too blind to recognize their mistakes then Stupid is as Stupid does right? Who is the stupid hedge fund company now?
