Currently Contract job -
Pros - excellent company, very relaxed, work life balance , good work , work from home . Excellent ppl
Con- Not permanent position but informed 1-2 months in advance Incase of contract end . No scope for full time or permanent in future .
Or
MetLife - Full time employment- exact same In hand salary as contract job
