The latest quarter numbers were the last straw for Houston Service. They are very top heavy and underutilizing the work force.
There is going to be a consolidation of the workforce. There will be a 50% reduction in the management and a 30% reduction on the Technician side.
If your a manager or a supervisor I hope your better than the other half, and for you Technicians you better hope your not the 30% dead weight.
