Don't even consider it.... and get out a soon as you get the bonus. Leave Leave Leave! Tell all your friends and neighbors too! Cancel all your policies and go find another job!
Prior to COV, State Farm was statistically the worst company to work for in the United States! Highest 1st year quit rate of any company! This company is the ultimate POS place to work!!!! What's going on now is just part of their continued plan, lies, and you are the side show suckerssss!

Most racist company I have ever worked. The most racist culture I have ever witnessed at an insurance company. My black a-s was frequently harassed by my Caucasian managers for the more than 1 year I worked for this foolish company. They treated me like a common cotton picker and threatened me with shield memos until I was bold to tell them to fu-k off and left. I could go on and on. Do not work for this garbage company in claims

Rome fell because they failed to keep central control and the rise of Christianity. Would you like to know how jets fly too?

It is only going to get worse. Corporate America is morally bankrupt and has been for a long time. Living on borrowed time! AI is coming for most jobs and it will be hilarious when all these companies/Execs do not have anyone to sale their products too or that can afford them! The median sale price for a home in the US is around $410K and the medium household income is $67,521. Average price of a used car is at $29K and new car right now is $47K. There are bigggg problems coming down the road and it does not matter what color you are, what you believe in or your personal views....it's going to sc--w everyone! It will be fun to watch it all go to he-- in a hand basket! Especially SF!

SF is the insurance leader for sure, but no time it it’s history has it ever had to compete with the whole insurance market for staff. WFH has made this an employee market, SF’s operations are getting crushed with staffing issues. Competition is friends, let SF compete for staffing ....The arrogance of believing that your workforce would be willing to live in one of four cr---y cities was our downfall. When we were in 524 locations, it was not the revolving door that it is today. The culture that made this Company great it dead.

State Farm 100 years of success and dominating the insurance marketplace. Strongest financial carrier in the entire marketplace.

SF was once the leader and people begged to work there. Not so today. The incentive to stay is not worth it in the long run. That's a fact they cannot get around with today's work environment. So sad and so very sad.

If that 2-5% of the whining, I dont wanna work, I want my 15 min break, why do I have to… workers would just quit. The Farm might get back to what we were before we starting hiring these weak t-t millennials.

"SF has been good to my family." How many families were destroyed by SF? Much more than has been good honestly.

Why would anyone leave before the bonus ? People saying to leave now are id--ts. Once we have lots of people leave, those nice easy jobs will start disappearing. I hope all you analyst like handling claims, that is if you want to stay with SF.

They can’t leave. In the greatest time in history to switch jobs they can’t even make that jump. Total zeros.

The majority of SF employees, are lesser educated, lazy, self centered cry babies. Don’t believe it-just read the posts on this site. They are complaining today about an “extra $1,500 coming their way” not kidding.

A lot of us like it here and are tired of the constant complaining and lack of work ethic from the new generation of SF “workers”. Quit playing on your phones during work, clicking off on tasks you didn’t do, and do the job you’re being paid for. That, or go find the greener pasture you think exists elsewhere.

It is a 100 year , industry leading company. Ignore the ignorant comments from the losers that post their personal problems. They struggle at work, at home and every aspect of their lives. It is an excellent company.

I’m not sure of that , but being honest , SF over the last 10 years has been going down hill. Changing PTO, the point system, taking away the pension from new hires and constant understaffing. SF use to be a top place to work in the industry when I started, now I wouldn’t recommend the company.
