Anyone know why the increased time on hold for SF Support? Recently I was on hold for over an hour and today it was 3 1/2 hours. Did Tippy defund SF Support?

I work chat. Let me tell you about chat. The chat system stops working about 3 times a day. I won’t see the messages they’re sending me, and it appears to me my messages don’t go through to the person I’m chatting with. Then it kicks me out entirely, and it appears I’ve hung up on the person I’m chatting with. If I can stay connected, it takes a good 2-3 minutes just to pull up all of the screens I need to even begin to fix your problem, while the agent is sending me “helloooo are you theeeere” messages.

Even chat took 36 minutes on Friday.
