Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

I regret ever working here

I gained a little experience but missed out on many other things. I don't think I'm the only one? I blame myself for trusting the management. I don't want to go into details about how I was deceived here, but I advise everyone not to trust the management because they often lie.

I totally agree, I know a guy that loved his job there, and what they did to that gentleman will never be forgotten. The most reliable and honest person I have ever met as a professional safety individual was run off because he knew everything, In CHK’S eyes that is a he-l no he got to go. The personal running that S—T show in OKC (Safety Department) should be the next to be let go. They know who they are. PS was the best that CHK ever and I mean ever had. You my friend will be better off at a company that cares about you.

It’s never too late to cut your losses and quit that toxic gas chamber if you can.

Keep in mind that nowadays things are pretty bad, the whole industry is a big Chesapeake, rotten to the core.

Just collect your paystub in silence, and if you find someone that pays you a little better go and suckle from them instead....
