How would you improve benefits at Allstate. I'd like to see pet insurance added. I'd also like to see the limit on dental increased, it should be $3,000 as dental services increased the price in generall. Finally, it'd be great if they were to set up online conferencing for addressing some general disease treatment (e.g., diabetes)

Allstate offers the worst medical insurance coverage .
I’ve never seen a company with insurance as cr---y as ours is!
They offer a discount for pet insurance through ASPCA. It's not huge but it's on par with what other companies offer.
My struggle is the prescription insurance. I am allergic to the "covered" treatment for a chronic illness, so my doctor has to fill out prior auth forms for a different med (which has a generic version available) but the prescription occasionally gets declined or needs to be resubmitted. I also have a prescription that this insurance requires me to get the name brand rather than the cheaper generic... Help me understand.
Employer paid life insurance. 1 x salary. It’s a crime that a company that sells life insurance doesn’t give a basic term policy to their employees like most companies do.
They don't care enough to even consider improvements. I am actually surprised they haven't gotten worse especially the PTO. I figured they would have hacked into that a few years ago.
