Is backroom TL replacing claims supervisor?
PL position is going away
wont have to worry about salary. TL taken on all aspects of the position. It will go away as TL take on more responsiblity.
How can dsd claims lose money? We are already on the bottom of the list. We were told our pay would increase.

Stores 3267 and 3151 in M432 HAVE salaried People Managers. They are part of the Pilot.

The People Lead job sucks. Too much work for 1 person. Not enough pay for the job.

Claims/DSD transition is supposed to happen sometime quarter 2 or 3.
People Lead /HR people are always Company smucks/ low-life’s. Who cares what happens to them. They are the devils advocate.
