The implosion has started. The last round of layoffs inspired a follow-on exodus of talent. We can’t even hold on to talent in India where engineers are leaving for new roles paying between 40 to 100% more. To make matters worse - the first group of people affected by the layoff have left without replacements having been hired in India. We have over 150 open reqs in India. This can be attributed to the incompetence of the Finastra mafia running Finance and HR.
