Bruh, why would anyone buy ibm when they can buy a much leaner startup giving the same solution.
Only thing which can't be replaced is mainframes but it's a non growing business. Monopoly, sure but not growing at cloud scale.
All the services that could be migrated to cloud and would grow would be moved out of ibm.
IF Ibm wants to sell that business then it'll have to separate all other businesses, they took 2 years to just separate gts.
Also why would ibm sell
This one is so void of actual content or exposition that it is laughable, even by the low, and getting lower, standards of this site.
None of them are worth their pay
Sadly, the parachutes are always stored in special fireboxes. No company would be able to draw any exec worth their pay if not.
