Nope. Who would want their children to be disrespected?
Fu-k No..I do it because the stupidity humors me
I would. sarcastically.
I regularly use my employment at Allstate as an example for my kids why they should take school/college/career/finances seriously, so they don’t end up like their Dad, stuck in miserable, hopeless, drudgery (because I slacked off and didn’t take things seriously). So far straight A’s so it must be working
I work here so my kids dont have to work here
I do not like the captive agent program. You can’t make a living on 7% new and renewal The work from home pajama agent has no future. My children will never be producers for Allstate.
He-l-to-the-NO!!!
Depends on what they're interviewing to do, but generally, if suggest they keep looking unless they were really desperate.
@1qf, I have to admit that you are right about my son. When his mother told him that Pune was in India, he was shocked. He thought it was a small town down south.
I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless I think they thrive in a high stress environment and really need an adjuster job to fill a void. This place is super chaotic, very disorganized , and unfair to employees and customers alike. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Sure, my son interviewed with Allstate. The HR recruiter asked him, "Where would you to be in five years?" My son answered, "Pune". He was hired on the spot.
No, I love my children...
