Know what your contribution is worth and expect to be compensated.
Always keep your resume updated and always be looking for something better, especially when you are younger.
If you are truly consistently delivering and contributing, why settle for not also pushing for more compensation.
Don't be afraid to leave and take a chance. Ever. You can always come back.

MM totally useless
CX is circling the drain. Budget's nonexistent, attrition is a big problem, and backfilling those peope isn't happening. Morale is very low, burnout is high. Middle managers are pressuring the lower grade workers to do more with less. Unhealthy and unsustainable. Cost of living raises arent happening yet leaders get raises and perks annually. If you are not a mgr but you are lucky they hand you a few RSUs. But, those do not help pay the bills we have NOW.
My mgr was with Cisco over ten yrs, came to CX, led our team and suddenly left after 1 yr because it is so dysfunctional from the top down. He could not achieve what was dictated to him on the V2 MOM without pushing team members past there stated breaking point. His conscience couldnt handle it. That says it all.
MM is not a charismatic salesperson <-- This made me LOL. Seriously, she is the antithesis of charismatic. I find it hard to believe she's part of the ELT.
