Xerox stock artificially inflated by dividend. Make of that what you won’t by just comparing stock prices.
HP is down much more than the overall NASDAQ in premarket today. Make of that what you will.
XRX up nearly 3% this morning in pre-trading while the NASDAQ is down. Should be an interesting week to see if all this speculation pans out.
Agree with post below. There's been a big jump in the price of Call options this past week (the right to purchase a stock for a specific price) which means the street, or someone, knows something.
Current options contracts expire on 4/14 so if nothing happens before then they'll expire worthless. So likely something is happening in the next 2 weeks.
The street seems to think an acquisition or breakup is in the works and will be announced very soon. Call Options took off last week with a significant increase. The street is betting the XRX stock price is going up. Keep an eye out on Friday, April 1st. Xerox has made many announcements in the past on April Fools.
Just the latest episode in the ongoing saga of "As the Stomach Turns"
Well for sure something is likely happening. KC is Icahn's man on the BoD, so if he's leaving something must be in the works. Icahn has too much invested to not have someone on the board watching over his investment.
One possibility - after seeing the CEO on the last company webcast maybe KC will be taking over the CEO slot? Possibly, but I'm guessing something else is going on.
Who will own xerox in 2022…HP? Chinese Consortium (Lexmark)? This insider says no…but maybe yes.

Lexmark, here we come!
This is the end
Nothing to see here
Could be a something burger…if you’re a shareholder.

Big juicy nothing burger
It would explain why no one seems to be fixing the issues that are piling up. Also, the way Xerox itself operates also explains why no one is fixing the issues that are piling up so forget what I said.
