Rumor is there is a layoff coming this month in march with monday 28th the day of the deed. Could be wide of the mark but this is the latest rumor heard

I don’t think they will lay off much in 2022. People are leaving in droves for better paying jobs or for a permanent WFH situation.
A lot of talent both young and seasoned are bolting for pastures greener; been thinking about doing the same myself.
Is there a hiring a freeze as I interviewed hot a verbal offer but nothing official...appreciate it
