Hey, complainers, how much time a day do you spend looking for a better job for yourself?
I work with a colleague who is constantly complaining. If he spent that time looking for a new job, he would've found it by now. Venting is useless because it just delays the search for more constructive solutions to your problem. Spend your time wisely.

I believe the complainers ARE young and inexperienced. Their vocabulary, their stupid jokes, their complaining about things that happen everywhere ..they thinking they can run the company... .I see it in my store and I see it on this board. i believe it is also spite..why keep mocking and insulting on here when you can JUST LEAVE??
It’s interesting that the “complainers” are pegged as young, inexperienced first timers who simply don’t understand how working life works.
It’s my , in store, experience that these are exactly the employees who simply quit and take higher paid retail jobs elsewhere. They don’t complain about it. They’re happy to discover Target pays better. They leave quietly.
Can’t we have the C-suite adopt this mentality and perhaps we’ll get lucky and replace the goons with actual talent?
If they quit they lose the payouts.
We just need another company to poach these superstars.
OP is the biggest complainer of all! Spends all their time complaining about complainers.
They do not get another job because they cannot. Their whiny personalities come out if the interview. Who wants to hire someone who complains during an interview? Can't fire all? Think again..Google "Air Traffic Controller Strike." And those were skilled jobs..so yes they can fire all
Come out of my office? What office? I swear people on here have never worked anywhere else. They are teenagers who have no idea how the work world works. "Oh, my manager yelled at me," poor me! "I applied for a retail job but I have to work on Saturdays;" poor me! My manager does nothing.corpiorate does nothing..my coworkers do nothing..It is me and only me who works!!! I think the same person posts a lot of these posts with no point They are sometimes posted overnight. Then they answer themselves. Idk about you but I find posting at 2/3/4 am kinda strange
to all the people always saying "stop complaining and get a new job", if everyone who stayed and complained actually left, you'd have to come out of your offices and do EVERYTHING yourselves
I agree withe the OP 100 PERCENT! There are thousands and thousands of job out there yet some people just like to complain and complain. No the morale is not due management it is due to YOU! Management does not control your life .YOU DO..unhappy? Just friggin leave. Simple
That post must be for me. I’m sorry I complain a lot. For if I didn’t complain nothing would get done to improve the company. Because this place is Terrible rn. All my other employees basically also complain. You can’t fire us all.
If morale is too low that’s not on employee. That’s on management 🙄
