Let’s have a meeting with no added value and discuss holidays and what you did on the weekend. The manager is held because that’s the part of managers GPM and the manager basically does not want to argue with the second line that the meeting is point less otherwise it would hamper the growth of the manager.

Meanwhile our friend from Tesla Elon Musk says - Walk out of a meeting or drop off a call as soon as it is obvious you aren't adding value. It is not rude to leave, it is rude to make someone stay and waste their time.

Mgt system/style/personal currently in place is absolutely pathetic at GF… yes sure some day to day and daily activities, there is true management happening but big picture or come one level above telling people what to do for a day is the most amateur management possible and gets worse and more twisted higher it goes up…. Higher up they r just better at pretending or faking it until they make it…
