I got three of my last four projects after bumping into people in the cafeteria. Don’t underestimate the value of in person work and chance meetings. It works!
For the cushy job commentor. Cushy job? Are y’all crazy? Do you read the comments - do you think any part of dealing with the people in these comments is cushy? Ha!
If there’s any attrition in the HR department, let me assure you most are not quitting their cushy jobs. It’s the easiest gig around. Any pairing down in the HR ranks have everything to do with the number of Chevron employees remaining on the payroll after the layoffs and the pandemic.
Who are the latest HR people to resign?
They finally realized that they are losing their best people. Many of us have had a 1 on 1 with our GMs and were promoted or will be promoted in this PDC (promised or moving roles for placed position). They are starting to list jobs because they have lost so many quality people and have sued people that have left for a multitude of reasons to deter others.
Not all of them. Just the good ones.
Me too. If you listen to the butthurt nutcases on this site, you would be led to believe the entire company is quitting, lol!
Grow up a-s hat. The few on here aren't representative of the mass. Now get back to your desk and do something productive for a change.
