Per email a week or two ago from HR Chicago offices including Merchandise Mart opened starting yesterday 3/21. Hudson reopens in May. Email stated department leaders that are fine with their areas remaining home based can stay home based but the HR email claims half of Allstaters want to return to the office in at least a part of the time way. That I don't believe but to answer your question the first batch of office reopening are occurring this week.
