Thread regarding Emerson Electric Co. layoffs

The latest list of companies that have withdrawn in some way from Russia

Over 400 companies were graded anywhere from A to D based on their actions. Guess who's on the ever-shrinking list of those that are doing absolutely nothing and have gotten a big, fat F?

Someone had asked who Fleishman was before the comment was pulled. Fleishman Hillard is Emerson’s long time PR company.

Fleishman monitors social media etc for companies so I’d wager a bet they had the comments naming them pulled down. To that, I say if you don’t want to be associated with the current PR nightmare for companies known as Russia, maybe you shouldn’t be continuing to represent companies like Emerson who continue to do business there.

Ok d-mb question maybe but how much business does 'Emerson' do in Russia?
I thought that was the idea of buying Metran was to avoid sanctions by manufacturing locally, and trading under a Russian business entity.
Unless that is just Chelyabinsk and the sales offices are pure Emerson?

What an embarassment. Lal had a chance to show he wasn’t like Farr. He could lead a new generation in doing what’s right. Instead him and JF are just like the blowhards that came before them.
