I don't know if this is true for everybody or even the majority, but I like my job. I've also heard horror stories about UHG and its culture and work environment. Once the merger goes through, things will change for us drastically and not in a good way. The inevitable layoffs that always accompany acquisitions such as this one only make the prospect of the merger even more dreary. I'll be praying that the DOJ is successful in blocking it.

The ELT wants this merger bc it lines their pockets. It’s obviously not going to happen and continuing to fight the DoJ isn’t going to be in our favor. Time to move on folks
it's blocked, but the two companies are going to beat a dead horse until it moves again because that's what they want!! Even if it's not the right thing to happen.
