Horrible, incompetent management that loves to micromanage to make sure they're in control, only most of the time they just make everything run two or three times slower than it usually would. In addition to that, they use intimidation tactics to make sure they keep employees in line since they certainly don't command any respect. Some changes have to be made - I just doubt they ever will be.

Most of management is acting like Mitch Habib want-a-bees. If every person with vice president title was fired Nielsen would be a bettter corporation
