They (manager) were given a choice: leave or get cut. And nothing to do with their performance - their role is being sent overseas.

An entire team I just don’t see it unless it’s a smaller team. My team it wouldn’t make sense especially since my Manager mentioned how many open positions there are. Plus we need people that know Cisco and we are in the Northeast one of the busiest areas of the country. Please elaborate more if you have more solid information.
A source in HR confirmed that there will be another lay off raffle soon. This time entire teams are going to be wiped out.

They are not TM, but they’ve been working their way up (offshoring) from PMs SMs and now to manager. Looks like they may be working their way slowly up the ladder.
Territory Manager’s jobs have been downsized in the past, so I wouldn’t put it past them.

I have to ask what level Manager are you referring to? Or is it multiple levels? Just can’t see a TM job going elsewhere wouldn’t make sense. Please elaborate when you can.
