Full time associates better watch your back as managers are looking at reasons to write up and terminate to get the FT / PT ratio down and fill the store with pure part time associates.

What store is that? Three managers are quitting all at the same time?
store manager, stm , and omni manager have left in last 2 weeks .right after bonus time.morale is at an all time low.
And the full timers are looking for reasons to accuse their managers of discrimination, se-ual harassment, favoritism, and all sorts of other salacious things. What goes around come around managers, you can’t fire someone for a bogus reason and no expect repercussions.
Retail Industry is dying slowly and so Belk has to find way to trim its workforce by cutting full time people and save money to survive what else is new about Belk?
In my store full time associates have only 30 or 35 hours weekly. However, part time associates are given with 22 or 30 hours are OK without any vacation and PTO or any benefits! This is a very caring and sweet corporation to work for a living. Don’t you love it!
