Pretty much all my colleagues who left now have higher pay. Staying here means totally underselling yourself. Now that I've started applying for other jobs, I feel pretty stupid that I didn't do it a long time ago. It seems really difficult to find a worse job than this one here? I don't know anyone who isn't better off after leaving here.

Don’t worry man it’s not to late. A lot of places will up their hiring for the summer. Don’t feel guilty either for leaving, they will replace you with a retired mo--n for 9.50 an hour.
Im a mo--n who got lied to about hours and didn’t take any unemployment during the pandemic. Lost so much money because of basspro. I feel ya
