Such a lame excuse of a plan that is failing market share.

Not familiar with transactional growth... But transformative growth has been transformative... Transforming the company into an even bigger clusterfuck
Transformative growth is not going to produce any growth numbers for a long time or maybe ever. However, it will improve shareholder value by expense reduction. In fact you will see market share continue to shrink. This leadership crew does not care about market share. The bottom line is the only thing that TW is concerned with. You will see more policies being sold digitally. Allstate is coming out with a new auto product that will be sold digitally only. The company will be called Allstate North American Insurance Company (ANAIC.) The pricing on this product will be at a deep discount compared to the agent generated auto policies. Unfortunately, Allstate has not been able to sell policies digitally profitably ever (please refer to the E-Surance experiment.) ANAIC will be filled with unprofitable business and it will be subsidized by agent business. As fast as Allstate opens the spigot it will need to turn it off by rate increases. Leadership will be applauded during growth phase of ANAIC. However, Allstate will be running in place again with little to no growth. The only hope of growth will be the sale of the company.
I think it is transformative growth. Transactional growth happens when you enlist a ho---r.
Transformative-Transactional = corporate double talk deflects attention from the true path the leaders are moving towards. Big words that sound good to stock holders and financial speculators. Masking the truth with lies and smoke and mirrors. Most large corporations are very good at this which deflects attention from the looters of the companies billions. Capitalism out if control subverting regulation.
Yup It gets used to deflect the real shortcomings of the terrible management team in place
Fu-k Transformative Growth. They laid off almost all of the people in the Digital Operations Center just to hire them back because of the call volume.
